Cluster Action Plan
Lead teachers will be involved in four PD lead teacher days across the year where they will be:

  • providing pd for their peers
  • Supporting each other in their role
  • Exploring ways they can make change sustainable within their individual schools
  • Involved in professional dialogue that revolves around pertinent professional readings

What is the difference between a group and a community?(give as well as receive)
Learning community in schools and across the cluster Why? How?...providing support, sharing what has been learnt,effective feedback, mentoring etc.
